Roles & Responsibility
- Procure raw materials based on demand/forecast and ensure purchase order accuracy, including reschedule materials for pull-ins (expedites) and push-outs (inventory control).
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize shortages or excess, meanwhile resolve related issues and investigate root cause when happening.
- Manage supplier relationships and drive improvement of suppliers as needed.
- Process customer order, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer specifications.
- Provide real-time updates to customers and internal stakeholders on order status.
- Coordinate with production team, warehouse, and logistics to drive on-time delivery of customer orders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support programs like PIPO (phase in/phase out), NPI, Transfer, etc. as well as all Lean activities, initiatives, and Action Workouts.
- Improve continuously on work process to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in other activities including cycle count, supplier reviews, obsolete, etc.
Qualification/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in material management and order fulfillment.
- Proficiency in ORACLE, advanced Excel skills, and other Digital Cockpit.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Chinese), strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Desired Characteristics
- Proactive mindset and adaptability.
- Experience of data analysis or import/export regulations.
- Preferred certifications such as CPIM and CPSM.
