You will:

• Plan and prioritize resources for order fulfilment – order priority, build/ship capacity plan, etc.
• Drive backlog fulfilment to meet corporate business plan, which involve backlog ship planning, end-to-end risk assessment, execution tracking
• Manage distress orders and late risk orders to ensure on time delivery
• Improve order visibility for customer experience and support order solution to sales escalations
• Continue to improve process capability through digitization and automation power and involved with local or business specific engagement initiatives in support of broader programs

Essential Requirements

• Graduate between December 2025 and June 2026, with availability for an internship from June to August 2025.
• Excel at data analysis
• AI and machine learning related field are preferred
• Willing to learn and embrace change; Strong communication and collaboration
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders and aptitude for resolving supply chain and material problems

• Ability to communicate well with senior level team members
• Collaboration skills
• Data management
