What you will be doing:
In this highly transparent role, you will be essential in ensuring we qualify and deliver NVIDIA’s IP on schedule.
Work closely with different IP team leaders and partners to agree on achievement criteria that lead to productization. Manage all technical communications across teams to ensure high quality.
Drive quality improvement initiatives, working closely with leaders on integration, verification, qualification, automation, and development environments.
Foster multi-functional team partnerships, including Architecture, Digital Frontend and Backend, Analog, Infrastructure, Verification, SOCD, SOCV, and QC teams.
Manage schedules, task lists, checklists, and deliverables.
Track all program management metrics and drive continuous improvement processes.
What we need to see:
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of proven track record in program management from spec definition to tape-out, specifically with ASIC hardware teams that span geographic locations.
Deep understanding of ASIC design flow, SOC integration, IP integration, verification, quality check, and automation.
Diligent and able to multitask in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to drive meetings with IP teams and partners in English.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience as a SOC chip lead or ASIC team leader in top fabless semiconductor companies.
Familiarity with ASIC front-end tools.
Experience working in a globally distributed team.
