Minimum qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role with/without direct reports.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project/program management, driving technically cross-functional projects across multiple organizations.
- Experience in developing process.
- Ability to organize teams, thoughts, and actions.
- Ability to work through ambiguity to a detailed solution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create summarized topics and represent them to an executive audience.
