- Guides, supports, and develops the more junior team members to deliver many of these responsibilities
- Identifies and proactively shares opportunities for improvement and efficiency across all activities
- Drives operational excellence and compliance by supporting legal, budgetary, and contractual firm requirements across all areas of responsibility
- Involved in the development of supporting promotional collateral for all our offerings, including our SharePoint portals, to promote a positive team brand and business stakeholder awareness to drive engagement

Leadership Pipeline Management Process (inc. selection processes):
- Plays a key role in the annual SM/AP Talent Review process – ensuring the accurate provision of supporting information and managing the associated communications plan requirements with country and SL contacts.
- Manages the TD responsibilities in relation to the SL panel interview processes in collaboration with the SL Talent Projects contacts and SL Talent Consultants – includes but is not limited to, panellist, candidate and Sponsoring Partner liaison, scheduling of briefings, panels and wash up sessions, supporting paperwork management, feedback review, collation and distribution and mailbox management
- Fulfils equivalent responsibilities in relation to the Internal Partner Promotions processes including global and Area requirements.
Coaching:
- Manages the tracking of coaching relationships and coach capacity within the region
- Deployment of regional coaching campaigns, through communications, the scheduling of briefings, applications management, submissions to our external suppliers, status reporting and participation progress monitoring
- Working with the Regional Coaching Lead to fulfil requirements for the Global Coaching Boutique – capturing coaching demand, nominations collation and submissions, tracking, communications to ensure a strong return on investment.
Leadership Development Programs:
- Plans and manages the deployment and management of Leadership Development offerings
- Coordinates our participation in formal leadership development programs offered by the firm, supporting our regional SMR and program manager for these, including oversight of nominations processes and program activities
- Actively involved in the development and maintenance of the EMEIA FSO leadership development framework enablers (leadership skills curriculum, networking, workbooks and guides, etc.) to promote engagement and a positive experience for our participants
- Enablers:
- Is knowledgeable about and promotes the importance of Sponsorship and Mentoring through all activities undertaken
- Is knowledgeable about and promotes the strategic importance of developing and evaluating Inclusive Leaders and creating a level playing for diverse talent through all activities undertaken

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Other Requirements:
- May need to travel although travel requirements are expected to be minimal
- Core working hours aligned to GMT and CET may require flexibility in working hours depending on your location
- May need to work extra hours in case of special customer requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree / Post Grad in business or HR related discipline preferred
- Preference will be given for those with HR Specialisation
Experience:
- Minimum of 9+ years of progressive experience
- Preferred experience includes working in:
