As a Partner Solution Seller for Security, your responsibilities will be to develop and execute a Partner Solution Sales and Small/Mid-market Businesses (SMB) territory plan with partners in The Netherlands. You will be expected to drive sales through both partner-led and co-sell initiatives to achieve quarterly Cloud revenue and Azure Consumed revenue targets, through an assigned partner portfolio.


As a Partner Solution Seller, your role involves driving your partner's sales execution at scale. Your deep expertise on Security (SIEM, MXDR, Sentinel) and business acumen will be leveraged to drive revenue impact month-on-month and quarter-on-quarter. Success in your role will be achieved through skilling in the prioritized solution areas and executing across the Microsoft Customer Execution Model. You will be responsible for creating and executing a well-designed focused Partner Solution Sales plan, focused on the SMB market. Additionally, you will actively seek to enhance your career path through recommended and additional training.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for owning the Cloud Solution Area (CSA) pipeline for Security with assigned partners and for leveraging investments to drive the sales funnel and pipeline velocity in the Small/Mid-market segment in The Netherlands. Ultimately driving the acquisition of new customers, and Cloud revenue.
  • You will be accountable for the Cloud Solution Area (CSA) revenue forecast for your portfolio of assigned partners. And you will manage this through a predictable sales pipeline Rhythm of Business (RoB) with assigned solution area partners.
  • You will define and execute partner sales initiatives at scale to accelerate the Cloud Solution Area solution and services adoption, and business in the Small/Mid-market segment.
  • You may own the execution of breadth channel ecosystem building programmatics, focusing Indirect Provider (or Distributors) on reseller transformation, enablement and activation of prioritized Cloud Solution Area solution and services.
  • You will be expected to coach the value of the solution plays to your assigned partners and secure their commitment for further solution sales practice acceleration to increase their share of wallet.
  • You will be expected to drive partner inbound referral sharing for contribution to the sales funnel and top deal pipeline.
  • You will drive the partner’s utilization of investments and incentives to move opportunities through the pipeline and promote deployment and consumption.
  • You will be expected to support the partner in driving top strategic deals to deliver revenue impact to the business, assisting in removing commercial blockers and coaching on compete challenges.
