Responsibilities:

• Managing R2R Team responsible for EMEA countries (FA, GL, costing, consolidation)
• Preparing SLAs results and presenting them to the Client
• 1st point of escalation for the Client
• Supporting the team with operational tasks during closing
• MEC reporting
• Supporting transformation of processes

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Fluency in Czech language B2/C1
• Fluency in English language C1
• Proven experience in RTR (Fixed Assets, Consolidation) or PTP (Payments, Treasury, Cash Management)
• Experience in OTC as an asset
• Accuracy, diligence and commitment
• Practical advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP
• Strong customer orientation and proactive approach
• Good supplier relationship skills and team spirit
• Excellent Communication
• Very good analytical skills and attention to details
• Self-motivated, can prioritize tasks and set deadlines
• Well organized and proactive
