As a ProductMarketing Specialist

You willreport directly to our Marketing Director, and you will work out of eitherAtlanta, Mason, OH, Charlotte, NC or Houston, TX locations on a hybrid workschedule.

In thisrole, you will impact the company's success by driving effective marketingstrategies, increasing product awareness, maximizing revenue growth, andgenerating qualified leads through demand generation efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and drive market growth through demand generation efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Create product messaging and positioning to effectively communicate product value proposition
  • Develop marketing collateral, including product brochures, datasheets, and presentations
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Drive demand generation activities, including lead generation campaigns, webinars, events, and content marketing
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide marketing support and enable effective product launches.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years in product marketing or related roles, with a focus on demand generation.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for marketing and product promotion
  • Proven track record of driving product growth and market share through demand generation efforts
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business / engineering or related field, MBA preferred
  • Experience working in remote teams in various time zones
  • Material Handling industry experience
