About the Role:Sr. Communications Strategistis responsible for developing engaging content for the U.S. Selling organization across the Cardiology Group (CG) and its three divisions. You will develop and lead the implementation of internal communication strategies that support business objectives while increasing CG brand leadership. You will be focused on supporting CG sales leadership to effectively communicate and achieve business goals across multiple channels – specifically you will be a critical partner to the Sales Vice Presidents across Cardiology.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Strategic Communication Strategy: Works with executive leaders to build & execute a comprehensive communication/brand strategy to support business priorities – specifically focused on weekly communication summaries.
  • Develop strategies to enhance revenue growth by focusing leadership on top Cardiology collaboration initiatives.
  • Facilitate leadership alignment through the development of enhanced All Field Calls – creating content in a fresh and elevated format.
  • Identify areas to recognize top performers in the U.S. Selling organization and include them in comms channels.
  • Develop clean & professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Exhibit professional maturity and help to foster an open, challenging, stimulating, and positive environment that enables colleagues to be their best.

What we're looking for in you:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience in Consulting, Marketing, Strategy, and/or Sales Operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to earn and maintain the respect of senior leaders, to respectfully disagree with senior leaders, and/or generate buy-in
  • Creative marketing and communication mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to create clear and compelling presentations.
  • Demonstrated experience executing brand strategies for leadership
  • Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment
  • Ability to travel 20% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • PR or Communications Experience
  • Medical device or healthcare experience

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
