As a, you will deliver the Microsoft Commercial Cloud Solution Area customer promise and value via a group of managed partners aligned to a specific solution area. Under supervision, you will achieve revenue and market share goals for their solution area through these partners. You will create joint solution-focused sales plans together with partners and Microsoft sales teams. You will be part of a team that coaches partners on solution area value proposition and helps them to accelerate their sales practice. You will also own the solution area pipeline and forecast to achieve quarterly revenue targets


Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Legally Authorised to work in South Africa
  • Fluent in English
Responsibilities
  • Learn about and assist more experienced peers in the creation of joint solution area sales plans in partnership with prioritized partners in the solution area portfolio relevant to customer segment to address customer needs and drive quarterly revenue accountability.
  • Assist more experienced peers with identifying, understanding, and evaluating partners' cloud solution area sales practices as assigned.
  • Learn about driving the acceleration of cloud solution area sales practice with partners.
  • Address performance issues with partner support from peers/manager to ensure delivery of cloud solution area partner targets and assist peers in their collaboration with segment sales teams to ensure co-sell performance with partners.
  • Work with solution area-aligned prioritized partners to identify new customer opportunities with support from peers/manager and contribute to driving the qualified partner pipeline and progressing it through the sales cycle with support from peers/manager.
  • Initiate solution area sales planning with assigned partners and support targets.
  • Participate in a predictable sales pipeline rhythm of business (RoB) with assigned solution area partners as instructed
