• Leadership: Lead, mentor and develop a high performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Direct marketing function to execute flawless campaigns and promotional activities including digital marketing execution.
• Product Launch: Drive product launch strategies and go-to-market plans, ensuring launch excellence and successful market penetration.
• Cross-functional collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and finance, as well as regional teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
• Budget Management: Own the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI. Provide forecast, modelling and business cases for supply chain and financial planning.
• External stakeholder engagement: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, partners, industry and government associations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in a senior marketing management role in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and product launches
• Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and empower the team
• Strong commercial and financial acumen coupled with an analytical, problem-solving mindset and sound decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with external customers and partners
