As a Retail Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness for the Dell product portfolio with our key retail partners across Australia and New Zealand. You will be adept at stakeholder management, working across Marketing, Sales, Agency, Creative localisation, Global Creative teams, Vendor Funding, Compliance and Claiming teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with company objectives.

You will be responsible for being the voice of the brand, consumer, and retail, balancing the demands of delivering marketing activations that drive ROI and promoting retail sell-in of ranges. Be a Results driven – own the numbers, be invested and be hungry to grow the business with solid financial and creative acumen.
You will:

  • Be a self- starter with passion to drive our retail business
  • Proven, successful Marketing experience in the Consumer market
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for our retail business across channels including digital, print, in-store and events
  • Maintain detailed Marketing plans and have excellent budget management skills to ensure delivery, monitor progress and provide timely reporting.
  • Ensure that all Vendor Funding partners are aligned, approve all plans and that all funding requirements are met.

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Mix of analytical and creative skills.
  • Fluent in English, highly articulate and well-developed language skills to help drive effective comms.
  • Excellent project management and budget management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong operational capability. Diligence. Attention to detail. High quality of work output
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment, and adjust to changing priorities.
