Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years baseline knowledge of networking.
  • 3+ experience providing support for MacOS, iOS, iPadOS and other computing devices.
  • 3+ years experience supporting printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree or 2+ years experience in customer technical support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience providing support to individuals remotely as well as onsite.
  • Experience using help desk software to track and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • 3+ years experience supporting software used during the content creation process.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $112,900 and $188,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
