Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in network engineering, operations, systems or administration
- Experience with CI/CD & git repository usage
- Prior experience working on incident and/or change management
- Prior experience with root causing/troubleshooting/diagnosing network operation
- Experience with Python, ideally against APIs and with data
- CCNP certification and/or DevNet (or willing to achieve this)
- experience developing automated solutions and ability to understand and maintain previously developed automation scripts
- Experience with ThousandEyes or similar testing based performance analytics
- experience working within kanban agile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to influence and communicate effectively to technical teammates, technical managers and senior business leaders
