- - 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- - Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts
- - Degree / High Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines
- - Understanding on incidents response and prioritization
- - Good Attention to details
- - Good written and verbal communication in English
- - Experience in network cabling include optical

- - 1+ years of data center experience
- - Knowledge of cloud computing technologies
- - Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- - Knowledge on continuous process improvement
- - Literacy in security and customer data protection
