• Account Delivery Management- You willmanage the direction of deliveriestocustomersandcontribute toconsumption activities,holdingaccountability forconsumptionproject delivery forecasts.Leading orparticipatingin steering committee meetings.Youmust be fluent in both English and Japanese (Japanese is mandatory required.), as communication with the Japanese enterprise customers in Japanese is essential.
• Relationship Development - You will engage with senior customer stakeholders and drive high customer satisfaction witha high levelof political sensitivity, managing expectations. Prevent and manage escalated situations with targeted communications, delivering difficult messages as needed.
• Presales & Contracting – Youmaypartner with Pursuit teams and lead pre-sales processes for high impact projects inputting into delivery approach, deal construct,assistin the development ofinitialestimates and contracts, and future change requests,anticipatingand testing the change process early.Leads contracting processes forcustomer andpartner resources, including contract amendmentsand invoicing.
• Planning – You will develop project management plans to drive predictable delivery for large or complex projects,leverageexisting intellectual property and the customer account strategy.You will positivelyestablishclear expectations and accountabilities across high complexity project teams, including other Consulting Project Managers and proactively engage a broad set of internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring & Controlling – You will be fully accountable forfinancial managementof large scope and budget projects, orchestrate a broad range of metrics toattainKey Performance Indicators through others, proactively manage risks and issues, including recovery efforts and resolving escalations across projects.Apply effective quality management and change control techniques across the delivery, monitoring and implementing corrective action, contributing across projectsprovidingguidance.
• Initiation & Closure – You will drive initiation on high complexity projects, align resources including Partners and offshore teams, whilst balancing needs across projects in challenging situations. You will drivetimelyclosure of projects supporting customer invoicing and customer delivery acceptance.Share knowledge with colleagues and peers to drive incremental improvement and new Intellectual Property based on lessons learned, briefing Executives, and developing case studies.

• リレーションシップ開発顧客の上級ステークホルダーと関わり、ハイレベルな政治的感度で顧客満足度を高め、顧客の期待を管理する。エスカレーションされた状況を予防、管理し、必要に応じて難しいメッセージを伝達する。
• プリセールスおよび契約提案チームと連携し、インパクトの大きいプロジェクトのプリセールスプロセスをリードし、デリバリーアプローチ、案件構築、初期見積もりと契約書の作成支援、将来の変更要求、変更プロセスの早期予測とテストを行う。 契約変更や請求書発行など、顧客やパートナーとの契約プロセスをリードする。
• プランニング既存の資料 (IP)と顧客アカウント戦略を利用して、大規模または複雑なプロジェクトのデリバリーを推進するためのプロジェクト管理計画を策定します。 他のコンサルティングプロジェクトマネージャーを含む複雑性の高いプロジェクトチーム全体の明確な期待と責任を明確にし、社内外の幅広いステークホルダーを積極的に巻き込みます。
• モニタリング＆コントロール大規模なスコープと予算を持つプロジェクトのファイナンス管理に全責任を負い、他者を通じて主要パフォーマンス指標を達成するための幅広いメトリクスをまとめ、リカバリーの取り組みや プロジェクト全体のエスカレーションの解決を含め、リスクや問題をプロアクティブに管理する。 効果的な品質管理と変更管理手法をデリバリー全体に適用し、改善策を監視・実施し、指示を与えながらプロジェクト全体に貢献する。
• 開始とクローズ複雑性の高いプロジェクトの開始を主導し、パートナーやオフショアチームを含むリソースを調整し、困難な状況下でプロジェクト全体のニーズをバランスさせます。顧客からの請求書発行と顧客からの納品検収をサポートし、プロジェクトのタイムリーな終結を推進します。 同僚や同僚と知識を共有し、学んだ教訓に基づく改善や新たな知的財産を推進し、上級役員への説明やケーススタディの開発を行います。
