High School Level or Equivalent Work ExperienceBasic understanding of Arithmetic and Accounting concepts (concepts, not rules)Ability to work in changing and high-volume environmentEffective Oral and Written Communication SkillsBasic Computer Skills, such as Microsoft Office, web conferencing, and other software productsDemonstrated ability to listen, ask questions, and comprehend new or complex matters

Experience with MPS system preferred.

Some overtime may be needed. In office 4 days a week, with one day remote.

Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.

Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.AvailabilityAble to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business needAbility to work remote as necessary.
