This position is Monday - Friday Day Shift.
Job Summary
Capable of proficient operation of all manual tool room / metrology related equipment used in manufacture / repairing of injection molds, injection blow molds and any related equipment to support production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete understanding of shop math related to performance of all machining applications or related duties.
- Capable of interpreting blueprints required in performance of tool room duties,assemble / disassemble, fabricate, fit, repair all injection molding, injection blow molding components
- Operation of all manual tool room machines with high degree of efficiency. Undertanding of lathe work, milling, drilling, sawing and precision grinding.
- Perform all mold preventive maintenance functions.
- Possess good working knowledge of metals relevant to machining and heat-treating.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Technical certificate in Precision Machining/Mechanical Engineering prefered
Work Experience
2 years’ experience in a tool shop and metrology related field is preferred.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
- Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target

None: No travel required
Physical Requirements
Light-Exerting up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force frequently constantly to move objects.
