Capable of proficient operation of all manual tool room / metrology related equipment used in manufacture / repairing of injection molds, injection blow molds and any related equipment to support production.

• Complete understanding of shop math related to performance of all machining applications or related duties.
• Capable of interpreting blueprints required in performance of tool room duties,assemble / disassemble, fabricate, fit, repair all injection molding, injection blow molding components
• Operation of all manual tool room machines with high degree of efficiency. Undertanding of lathe work, milling, drilling, sawing and precision grinding.
• Perform all mold preventive maintenance functions.
• Possess good working knowledge of metals relevant to machining and heat-treating.

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Technical certificate in Precision Machining/Mechanical Engineering prefered

2 years’ experience in a tool shop and metrology related field is preferred.

• Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
• Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
