5 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience working in executive support.
Experience in calendar management over international time-zones, travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
Ability to navigate an ambiguous environment along with collaboration and communication skills across a varied range of people and job functions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently along with project management skills.
