Required Qualifcations:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of program management experience with overall 8+ years of experience where your primary responsibilities directly involved implementing, designing, or operating enterprise networks, data centre networks, cloud networks or defining, developing, designing computer network platforms, services, or products.
  
• Hands on experience and knowledge of computer networking concepts (e.g., routing, network design, SDN (Software defined Network), SDWAN (Software Defined Wide Area Network), tunnelling, NAT (Network Address Translation), encryption, protocols, network monitoring)

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Experience building strong working relationships with, collaborating with, and influencing diverse cross-functional and cross-geo teams (engineering, support, marketing, etc.). Drive change without authority across groups
• Experience with data analysis. Including Excel, Power Pivot, Power BI, Kusto (Azure Data Explorer), and SQL
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming customer needs into an actionable product requirements definition.
• A deep knowledge of regulatory / compliance requirements. (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)

• You will partner with Software and Hardware Engineering to design technical solutions across feature areas. You’ll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.
• You’ll define success criteria and create relationships for implementing features for complex cross-functional projects. You’ll coordinate and ensure alignment across organizations.
• You will deliver on roadmap for multiple feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation plan, and manage governance programs.
• You will drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and writing test cases from scratch. You’ll also lead teams to partner with other departments to collect performance metrics, drive customer support, and lead direct customer engagements.
