The Nexus Platform organization is seeking a Senior TPM Manager who will enable our customer’s success by providing context and understanding of customer requirements to the Nexus Platform teams supporting network fabricIn this role, you will be defining the future of the Nexus Platform by working as one team across the globe toour Nexus Network Fabric vision

leadership skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate broadly and clearly

You will lead a dedicated team of TPMs focused on Nexus Network fabric which willa consistent provisioningphysical network infrastructure to support the Nexus Platform


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s ormaster’sdegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered
  • 3+ years of experience in managing customerrequeststhrough an Agile drivenbacklog andlead delivery across multiple organizations and time zones
  • Experience leading teams across cloud and networking teams to deliver customer and engineering solutions for both customers and to enable the success of Network functions wholeverageOperator Nexus
  • Demonstrates an understanding of Networking concepts (IP, VLAN, BGP, Multicast,etc)
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient ability to solve problems across organizations and develop automateddatedrive solutions
  • Demonstrated commitment to caring,coachingand modeling customer focused behaviors for your team
  • Quick learner who thrives in an ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • experience with leading alarge-scaleplatform delivery team in an agile environment
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical project management, with a focus on delivering telecommunications and networking functionalities
  • Demonstrated experienceprovidingtechnical guidance, mentorship, and career development for a team of TPMs
  • Solid understanding ofcloud-baseddevelopment and virtualized infrastructure
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated the ability to set best practices and mentor others toward an agile way of work
  • The ability to work virtually and support teams across the globe through an inclusive approach to communication and understanding
Responsibilities

You will live the Microsoft Manager Principles of model, coach, and care everyday by managing a team of TPMs who deliver solutions for Nexus Network Fabricwho can refine a customer’s vision into actionable requirements and a delivery plan. You will need to enable your team to lead complex projects with a strong record ofdelivery of high-quality products.  You will be working with the Nexus Platform team to help define key platform enablement functionalities in provisioning Nexus Network Fabric

  • Lead a team with direct interaction with network operators, network equipment providers and system integrators
  • Help cloud operators and partners with planning,design, andimplementationof the Nexus Platform
  • Develop credible execution plans in partnership with engineering teams that meet customer’s needs
  • Work jointly with software engineers to describearchitectureandsolutions
  • Negotiatestrategy and visionacross multiple organizations, products and services including network operator executives
  • Knowledge sharing internally and externally
  • Mentor other Technical PMteams

responsibilities include

  • the implementation and execution of the feature roadmap through the definition of technical designs that integrate complex technical capabilities across multiple feature areas to satisfy customer needs
  • Define clear success criteria aligned with organizationobjectivesand product roadmap that allows new product features as well as changes to existing product features to bevalidatedensuring the intended customer or business value is clearly communicated and achieved
  • Advocate for the customer throughdriving designsand programs to enhance the product to address customer needs and business priorities Understands the value proposition of multiple features and proactivelyidentifygaps and bring clarity to ambiguous designs to ensure customer value is achieved
  • Lead a team to develop strong technical skills who can communicate with customers to evangelize products,solicitfeedback, and support sales/pathfinders/pre-cert/partners, etc
  • Build relationships with organizations across Microsoft to fulfill dependencies in alignment with feature delivery plans
  • Partner with the engineering team to contribute, prioritize, and deliver on the roadmap for feature areas
