Job Responsibilities:
- Review medium and high-risk client communications and marketing materials for compliance.
- Engage proactively in the review of globally distributed client communications.
- Oversee low-risk materials self-certified by the business.
- Provide day-to-day content advice to the business.
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of marketing training across the business.
- Ensure all areas of the business have appropriate policies and procedures in place.
- Conduct regulatory filings as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory environment.
- Collaborate with teams across APAC and globally to ensure consistent compliance practices.
- Support marketing-related governance topics to facilitate effective business practices.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role within asset management, legal, compliance, or controls.
- Experience reviewing digital and social media communications.
- Holder of Internal Control Officer or Sales Representative Officer under JSDA rules.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese at a native level.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Practical working knowledge of all asset classes and financial instruments.
- Experience working with system workflow tools.
- Experience within a large global organization.
