Job responsibilities
- Review and approve medium and high-risk marketing materials and client communications for compliance
- Engage proactively in the review of globally distributed client communications
- Oversee low-risk materials self-certified by the business
- Provide day-to-day content advice to the business
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of marketing training across the business
- Ensure all areas of the business have appropriate policies and procedures in place
- Conduct regulatory filings as required
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory environment
- Collaborate with teams across APAC and globally to ensure consistent compliance practices
- Support marketing-related governance topics to facilitate effective business practices
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven experience in a similar role within asset management, legal, compliance, or controls
- Experience reviewing digital and social media communications
- Holder of Internal Control Officer and Sales Representative Officer under JSDA rules
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively under time pressure
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese at a native level

- Practical working knowledge of all asset classes and financial instruments
- Experience working with system workflow tools
- Experience within a large global organization
