Lead the development and maintenance of RIM policies and procedures
Enhance and develop controls in support of the Teva Global RIM Program
Oversee the company Record Retention Schedule, including research on applicable country legislation
Lead electronic records management
Oversee and provide expertise in relation to records destruction
Lead RIM training activities
Drive RIM support and guidance for Teva business units
Lead RIM Program monitoring activities
Lead relationships with external vendors for offsite storage and digital archiving.
Your experience and qualifications
Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in Information Technology, Library and Information Systems, Legal Studies, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. RIM qualifications a plus.
Substantial proven work experience in records and information management
Strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and credibility
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong business acumen
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement
Ability to work successfully and cooperatively with colleagues across multiple cultures and time-zones
Proficiency in the English language is a must
