As the FSI Fintech Industry PDS for Americas, you will be owning & managing the FinTech Partner business for Americas. Additional responsibilities include FinTech Industry partner pipeline management, contributing to the FinTech partner ecosystem strategy, managing strategic relationships with influential Technology (ISV), Consulting (G/SI), and driving CXO-level relationships with FinTech’ customers, and partners.6+ years industry work experience in a Line of Business (LoB) leadership role with a large FSI FinTech company is strongly preferred.

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
