Description
Responsibilities:* Collaborate across various cross-functional regional and global teams to plan, execute and risk manage small to large size projects (NPI, Promotions, Sustaining changes) impacting the Apple Store Online* Collaborate across various cross-functional regional and global teams to review short term and long term issues, root cause analysis and monitor short-term & long-term resolutions* Support closed loop management system creating efficiency, scalability and reducing customer escalations & contacts
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years project management experience and/or 3+ years of hands-on experience working in technology or a technical customer facing role
- Experience implementing projects or initiatives showcasing strong influencing skills & coordinating members from varying teams to work towards one goal/outcome
- Ability to prioritize deliverables, focusing on critical items with a persistent attention to detail
- Mandarin and English business proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business Management or equivalent experience, MBA/MA or advanced degree preferred
- Ability to effectively engage in high level, self-directed time management and prioritization of workload
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly, sometimes under tight deadlines and pressure
- Proven success in team environments demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members
- Experience documenting all pertinent information and the nature of the problem with accuracy in all supported systems
- Experience presenting to Leadership. Clear and crisp communication style
