What You’ll Do
• Drives technology design, implementation, execution and/or optimization for customer projects/accounts.
• Assists customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems and service assurance
• Supports presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design
• Builds customer simulations in test labs to resolve/validate complex problems and compatibility issues
• Creates and delivers customer collateral, portals, documentation and knowledge transfer
• Aligns technical deliverables to customer business outcomes
• Drives customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services
• Complies with and supports company policies and processes and utilizes relevant tools to effectively execute the role and support Professional Services’ strategies and goals.
Who You Are
Mandatory requirements:
• Typically requires BSc Computer Science or equivalent 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experienced in customer-facing roles including pre-sales and/or service delivery roles.
• Deep knowledge on L2 / L3 networking protocols and technologies (VPC, STP, HSRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
• Strong Nexus platform knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Experience in designing Data Center solutions from traditional DC standalone Nexus design to VXLAN Fabric-based SDN solutions demonstrating Single-Site Fabrics, ACI MultiPod & Multisite Fabric architectures.
• Technical understanding and experience on DC solutions involving network services appliances (Firewalls, IPS, load balancers, WAN optimizer appliances) from a network integration perspective.
• Technical knowledge and understandings of cloud computing involving multiple cloud providers like AWS, Azure, Google.
• English speaker
Nice to have requirements:
• Knowledge of software programmability, automation, orchestration, and/or virtualization is desired.
• Data Centre related certification (CCIE, CCNP VCP, etc.)-
• Greek speaker.
