• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Software Engineers, Program Managers, Security researchers, and Data Scientists.
• 4-6 years of experience as a software engineer working on industrial strength software and a proven track record of having shipped commercially successful software products & services.
• 4+ years of experience in designing data structures, algorithms, highly concurrent programming, analysis of algorithm complexity.
• 2+ years of experience designing end user applications on iOS or MacOS or Android platform.
• Strong network programming fundamentals, well versed with TCP/IP, VPN, HTTPS etc.
• 3+ years of C++, Swift and Objective-C with iOS internals
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with secure software development life cycle
• Experience with software development tools such as source control systems (GIT), automated build systems, compilers, software validation systems, project tracking, and lifecycle management systems
• Work independently, drive and manage technical and architectural dependencies.

Qualifications - Other Requirements:

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

• These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Design, build and test Microsoft's ZTNA solution on iOS and Android platforms.
• Analyze and improve app performance.
• Monitor the telemetry and take appropriate measures to improve our customer experience all while working closely with Program Managers and other Security Engineering disciplines.
• Work on fast paced ideate/create/learn cycle and measurable value growth through the experiences you build.
