Key job responsibilities
1. Lead the research and development of LLM-based chatbots and conversational AI systems for customer service applications.
2. Design and implement state-of-the-art NLP and ML models for tasks such as language understanding, dialogue management, and response generation.4. Develop and implement strategies for data collection, annotation, and model training to ensure high-quality and robust performance of the chatbots.
5. Conduct experiments and evaluations to measure the performance of the developed models and systems, and identify areas for improvement.7. - Master's degree
- 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java or Perl
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
- 6+ years of applied research experience

- Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy etc.
- Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark etc.
