Responsible for the comprehensive management of SaaS program releases, ensuring with high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS Releases. Also includes gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating with Product Managers and IT teams to develop specifications, driving Scrum ceremonies, engaging QA teams for rigorous testing, and overseeing release milestones to ensure all build, test, and deploy objectives are met.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for

Project Management:

Lead and manage multiple SaaS Releases aligned with SaaS program from initiation to completion.Monitor project/release progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure project/release are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10+ Years of experience in Technical Project Management, experience in Agile Methodologies.
Strong expertise agile project management tools Rally, MS Project, etc..
• Strong expertise in driving Quality Assurance/Testing
• Exposure to Software Development Life cycle management.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Effective and inclusive facilitator with exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation that can influence stakeholders and build consensus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead and mentor scrum team.
• Proven ability to work with business and IT teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
