Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and provide input for the creation of the Iberia plan for the respective categories, in alignment with the line manager.
- Download and prepare EU & Global BU materials for the respective category during the seasonal GTM (Go To Market) Iberia milestones.
- Assist with and provide input on forecasting topics such as quantitative or qualitative data, segmentation, allocation, etc.
- Maintain regular analytics on the sell-in and sell-through performance of the respective category (with analytical support from the Finance/Sales Coordination team) to ensure sustainable growth.
- Monitor and analyze market category trends.
- Ensure operational excellence in the Cluster for all GTM-relevant topics during the GTM process.
- Manage the sample order process in alignment with the Line Manager and MOPs guidance.
- Tailor and review local sell-in tools to ensure consistency across Iberia and minimize customized solutions.
- Provide input to the line manager to obtain the best possible sell-in tools for the category.
- Provide commercial input (consumer, channel, and market-specific needs, and business opportunities) to the line manager to meet KPIs.
- Provide all relevant KPI reporting for the respective categories.
- Conduct scenario analysis related to the categories as required.
- Serve as the point of contact and support for the category, with a primary focus on product/distribution-related questions.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business, ideally with a focus on marketing and sales, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5+ years of merchandising experience, with cross-functional marketing and/or sales experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
- IT skills: Basic proficiency in Outlook and Word; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
