Lead initiatives to increase SMS and email feature adoption and overall product usage.
Manage customer communications across multiple channels (email, in-app messaging, newsletters) to drive engagement and share updates.
Develop and execute customer marketing strategies, including campaigns and in-app interactions, to encourage product use and cross-sell opportunities.
Create and refine customer journeys to optimize experiences and meet business goals.
Produce educational resources like guides, videos, and webinars to support customer success.
Analyze product data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine strategies and drive improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with teams in Product, Data, Marketing, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in customer growth management, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce.
Proven ability to create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive engagement.
Experience working independently and leading cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io, Google Analytics) is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Well-organized with strong project management abilities.
