Increase SMS and Email customer feature adoption rates and usage by developing, executing, and managing growth initiatives end-to-end.
Manage customer communication channels such as email marketing, in-app messaging, newsletters, and community mgmt to keep customers engaged and informed.
Own and lead customer marketing strategies and plan activities such as email marketing campaigns, content planning and creation, and in-app communication to generate x-sell demand from our existing customer base.
Build, map, track and optimize customer journeys
Create knowledge enrichment programs and collaterals such as guides, walkthroughs, videos, webinars, and more to help educate our customers.
Define, track, and optimize product data and KPIs to ensure constant improvement and alignment with the business goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Determine industry benchmarks and conduct competitive research to influence decision-making and planning.
Collaborate with other teams in Product, Data, Marketing,Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in customer growth management – Must
Proven experience in the creation, optimization, and management of customer marketing campaigns – Must
Highly accountable self-motivated person, hands-on with a proactive attitude and a “can do” approach.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work autonomously
Experience in SaaS / B2B / eCommerce – Big Advantage
Solid knowledge in marketing automation tools – Hubspot, customer.io, Google Analytics, etc – Advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a native level of English, both written and spoken
Expert analytical skills with the ability to extract and gather insights and clearly and accurately communicate them
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
