Not only will you lead the backend engineering efforts, but you will also spearhead creativity and innovation, conducting research to identify and implement new technologies that keep us at the forefront of the industry. With a fast-paced work environment in our Cortex engineering group, based primarily in the TLV office, you'll have the agility and short decision-making loops necessary to tackle wide and complex scopes.

Your Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering Management
• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a production Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment and distributed system environments
• Experience in leading large complex scope and product, preferably including matrix management
• Experience in building and forming new teams including large scale hiring
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software and Computer Engineering, or equivalent military experience required
• Proficiency in at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Development experience with Python, Golang
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, deal with changing priorities and drive accountability
• Passion for continuous improvement of systems and processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Innovative and excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
