The PMO Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a range of complex projects from planning, execution and through to completion. This role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong leadership skills, an analytical mind, and excellent interpersonal capabilities.


• Provide end-to-end coordination of new-joiners and leavers processes.
• Track security clearances in accordance with the contractual obligations.
• Manage the access to relevant engagement SharePoint / Teams / relevant folders through onboarding and offboarding.


• Manage the regular EY Pulse survey, understanding the results and presenting findings to the wider team for review and action planning, maintaining an action log on same.
• Co-ordinate ESQ / ASQ requirements per internal EY processes.
• Co-ordinate the activity surrounding the bi-annual performance reviews, ensuring communications and activities are carried out in line with EY’s leadership guidance.
• Ensure counsellors connect with relevant parts of EY to effectively performance-manage counselees.


• Support the Change Lead in the management of a RAID for ongoing projects and delivery of project plans as required, reporting risks where appropriate.
• Support in the delivery of exit readiness, understanding what transition governance, risk management should be in place and mitigate risk where possible.


• Monitor compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures, and templates by performing regular audits.
• Attend client meetings to represent EY and provide updates aligned to deliverables.
• Continuously improve PMO services and processes through regular review and adaptation. Implement best practices, for example:

  • Data storage, knowledge management, transfer approach and readiness (where exit is applicable).
  • Data - assess current state of data storage in the team and perform gap analysis against contractual and EY requirements.
  • Engagement filing and archiving – what, where and how? Building relationships with the Quality & Risk Management team and General Counsel team.
  • Knowledge management – assess which templates, process, applications are needed to capture knowledge to support other Managed Learning Service contracts.

• Support on the delivery of the monthly governance decks, collaborating with the MI time to ensure timely review and delivery to the client.
• Lead on customer complaints, liaising with the Supplier Management team / Account Managers where appropriate to compile the details in order to resolve and capture lessons learned.
• Be responsible for providing a complaints deep-dive on a quarterly basis to be shared in client forums and present on same.
• Lead the establishment and maintenance of meeting cadence, internally and externally with the client, ensuring that delivery timelines for slide decks are adhered to and where delays this is flagged appropriately.
• Support in the delivery of a Quality Improvement Framework in conjunction with the Delivery Director.
• Collaborate with the Client Delivery Manager and Delivery Director.
• Build relationships across the Senior Management Team and internal Quality and Risk Management teams.

• Organised and results-driven, able to multi-task, manage multiple workstreams, and work to tight and demanding deadlines, necessitating a high level of organisation and prioritisation with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and succinctly.
• Ability to work without close supervision.

• Experience in PMO and Business Transformation-related functions.
• Experience of working in a managed services environment.
• An undergraduate degree.
• Strong proficiency in information technology, with advanced skills in Microsoft 365 suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• An accredited project management qualification (such as PRINCE2).
