What you’ll do:

As a Full-stack Cloud Java Developer, we are seeking someone with strong technical expertise, particularly in working on Success Factors Employee Central Localization. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Implementation of Business Requirements: Focusing on Employee Central localization needs to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Product Development Expertise: Proficiency in developing specific product features, emphasizing design, coding, testing, automation, and high-quality deliverables.
• Agile Methodologies: Demonstrated experience implementing Agile practices, particularly behavior/domain-driven development, to streamline software development.
• Maintenance and Corrections: Keeping our solution up-to-date in accordance with customer feedback and legal changes, ensuring its ongoing functionality and compliance.
• Test-Driven Approach: Applying Test Driven Development principles to ensure product quality through various tests and automation.
• Collaborative Skills: Effective collaboration with stakeholders across various roles, including Product Managers, Architects, Project Management, Scrum Masters, Developers, and DevOps, ensuring successful and cohesive product delivery.

What you bring:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Technical Expertise: 3-6 years of Java experience with proficiency in Core Java, XML, Junit Mockito and JavaScript.
• Problem-Solving Acumen: Strong analytical skills coupled with a results-oriented approach.
• Tech Agility: Rapid adaptability to new technologies, driven by self-motivation.
• API Familiarity: Exposure to REST APIs, with cloud product experience considered advantageous.
• HCM Proficiency: Preferred experience in HCM products like SuccessFactors Employee Central or equivalent.
• Cloud Product Development: Background in cloud product development is a plus.
• Personal Drive: Self-directed, disciplined, and motivated, with a commitment to excellence.
• Collaborative Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork and customer satisfaction.
• Agile Mindset: Experience in Agile development practices (SCRUM), test-driven development, and domain-driven development.
• Language Skills: Excellent written and oral English skills.
