JOB DESCRIPTION

Key requirements

  • Handle entry level customer related issues and concerns
  • Record all customer interactions into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
  • Process standard orders & Maintain order accuracy
  • Process changes and enhancements to orders
  • Maintain complete customer records of all direct customers returns, orders, credits, and requests

Key skills and qualifications

  • Currently being enrolled as a student in bachelor’s or master’s degree program
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English + Italian (min B2-C1)
  • Previous work experience, especially in Customer Support within an international context, is a valuable advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM/SAP systems is a beneficial skill
  • Knowledge of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
