As a Senior Technical Program Manager - Strategy at NS2, you will play a critical role in leading complex, multi-disciplinary technology projects from inception to completion. Utilizing your technical expertise and leadership skills, you will collaborate with internal product teams, and customer-facing units, across NS2 to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and ensure seamless communication. You will be responsible for shaping, defining, and delivering innovative technology solutions that align with our stakeholders' needs, leveraging an automation-first approach with a focus on deploying cloud resources via Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cloud Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement cloud infrastructure strategies that align with organizational objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to define cloud-related goals, metrics, and KPIs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, IT operations, and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of cloud projects. Facilitate communication and coordination across various departments.

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee end-to-end cloud infrastructure projects, including migrations, optimizations, and new deployments. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

  • Communication: Communicate project progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborate with business unit management and internal partners and stakeholders to recommend and implement necessary changes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency within cloud automation and infrastructure.

  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks related to cloud infrastructure projects. Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project success.

  • Proactive: Proactively identify risks associated with the programs and projects, develop mitigation strategies, and manage the resolution of issues as they arise.

  • Technical: Take ownership of technical challenges, providing guidance and support to project teams, and ensuring that these issues are driven to resolution.

  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and company policies,

  • Performance Monitoring: Prepare and present regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and strategic recommendations.

  • Quality: Oversee quality control processes across projects to ensure deliverables meet the required standards and satisfy customer expectations.

  • Scope and Planning: Define and articulate program goals, aligning them with the strategic objectives of the organization to ensure they support long-term business success.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve cloud project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in technical project management, with 5+ years focusing on cloud infrastructure and network projects.
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with expertise in agile and waterfall methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms.

  • Exceptional communication, written, and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with senior executives and stakeholders using metrics, data, and presentations.

  • Strong leadership and team program/project management abilities.

  • Strong multi-tasking and analytical/troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent team player with a high degree of integrity and passion who can work effectively both within the team and cross-functionally.

  • Well-versed in modern project management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, GIT) and focused on improving efficiency and productivity in automation and infrastructure.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related technical discipline; or equivalent work experience.
