QualificationsWhat’ll get your foot in the door:12-15 years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field.5-7 years in managing UX/UI designersBachelor or Master's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, Interaction (Master’s preferred). Alternatively, you are a Certified Usability Analyst(™). Demonstrable experience with application of user-centered design methodology (especially user-centered analysis, information architecture, task-flow design, usability testing)Demonstrable experience with application of established design principles in your work
