Facilities Managerlocated inDundalk, Ireland.
Reporting to theFacilities Managerwill be responsible for the smooth operation of our Dundalk Facility, coordinating essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal & recycling and pest control.
What a typical day looks like:
Manage records of PPM, Ongoing Maintenance Record and associated documents.
Managing contractors, working with EHS & other teams within Anord Mardix to ensure all RAMS are approved prior to works taking place
Manage licenses & permits issued to site.
Direct local cleaning team.
Budget control; calculating and comparing costs
Audit, assess, and follow-up on all works completed to ensure compliance to requirements
Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences
Coordinate refurbishments and renovations as necessary
Fire safety and fault log
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Previous experience in a Facilities Manager role, ideally within a Manufacturing environment.
Ability to interact with other teams and work as part of a team or independently as required
Good level of numeracy & literacy skills, as well as accuracy & attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Fluent English language skills and eligible to work in Ireland (EU)
