Facilities Managerlocated inDundalk, Ireland.

Reporting to theFacilities Managerwill be responsible for the smooth operation of our Dundalk Facility, coordinating essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal & recycling and pest control.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Manage records of PPM, Ongoing Maintenance Record and associated documents.

  • Managing contractors, working with EHS & other teams within Anord Mardix to ensure all RAMS are approved prior to works taking place

  • Manage licenses & permits issued to site.

  • Direct local cleaning team.

  • Budget control; calculating and comparing costs

  • Audit, assess, and follow-up on all works completed to ensure compliance to requirements

  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences

  • Coordinate refurbishments and renovations as necessary

  • Fire safety and fault log

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Previous experience in a Facilities Manager role, ideally within a Manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to interact with other teams and work as part of a team or independently as required

  • Good level of numeracy & literacy skills, as well as accuracy & attention to detail

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Fluent English language skills and eligible to work in Ireland (EU)
