Early Career Program Managerwill support the Banking Analysts and Associates in their early career, while working with a global team to develop and execute plans and initiatives for their overall career experience.

What you’ll do

  • Manage relationships with Analysts, Associates, and business partners

  • Monitor development of junior bankers

  • Leverage data to analyse trends (i.e. performance, culture) and present to the business

  • Partner with Program Leads on program enhancements based on data

  • Execute on HR processes such as performance management, promotions

  • Liaise HR partners for employee relations issues and/or as appropriate

  • Create content for newsletter that is sent to program population

  • Partner with Early Career Learning team to execute new hire training program

  • New hire integration

  • Track mobility interests and partner with Program Lead on managing mobility across Banking

  • Work with local / regional Early Career HR colleagues while regularly connecting with global Early Career partners

What we’ll need from you

  • Experience managing or participating in projects and teams within a professional management role

  • Desire to be in a service oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Early Career programs

  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong data and analytical abilities

  • University degree or equivalent experience
