Work with EE leadership to develop and own the annual marketing plan and create best-in-class marketing communications that drive action and produce results.
Create dynamic materials, including reference guides,FAQs, etc. toshowcasethe EE productsuite.This person will alsobe responsible foradding innovative offerings to ouras needed.
Regularly analyze materials heatmap and KPI data toidentifytrends,patternsand areas for improvement. Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on KPI analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals. Engaged in implementing test strategies, developing campaign schedules, business as usual (BAU) auditing and applying critical thinking toidentifyand mitigate potential issues.Assessesforimpacts and potential need foradditionaltesting to ensure overall channel integrity.
Lead the development of a comprehensive agenda that supports business goals and priorities. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and requirements.
Partner with EE leadership and businesses to assess the feasibility and potential impact of proposed initiatives.
Serve as a primary day-to-day contact with internal cross-functional teams. The incumbent will be expected to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.

Qualifications:
Seasoned, passionate, and mission-driven digital, marketing and analytics professional with a demonstrated ability to develop a vision, drive and manage the execution of that vision, and deliver top-tier results.
6+ years of experience infinancialservices orfintech leading strategy and execution, with demonstrable and measurable results.
Understanding ofEnterprise Excellence product suite, passionaroundemerging technologies and how they will change consumerexperiences.
Demonstrated, multi-year experience in an agile, digital product roadmap design, data-driven personalization, digital marketing, and collaboration with and/or direct engineering experience.

Experience in delivery of large, complex projects / programs of diverse size in a cross-functional environment.
Ability to plan and manage a multi-workstream program frominceptionto delivery providing support,directionor technicalexpertiseto the project team across multiple disciplines and geographies.
Ability to define scope,timelinesand budgets ina clear, concise language in writing and verbally. Able to report on issues, risks, progress, timelines etc. accurately and summarize effectively offering analysis,optionsand credible solutions.
Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, thinklaterallyand manage multiple issues under the pressure of conflicting constraints and limited resources. Perform and articulate cost / benefit / risk analysis.
Experience in content creation and strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence senior executives.
