Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Validate and request equipment service tags via Vision.
- Produce electronic test documentation templates for iOS Engineer App use.
- Generate Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documentation.
- Write and compile Operation & Maintenance Manuals and Training Manuals.
- Technical Report writing.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal personnel.
- Daily liaison with production teams to monitor, improve processes and resolve deficiencies.
- Assist in employee training, development and engagement.
- Product Library Management.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Relevant 3rd Level qualification; Electrical trade background would be advantageous.
- 2+ years electrical manufacturing experience - not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude towards work and staff engagement.
- Self-motivated, proactive with an eye for improvements and problem solving.
- Excellent PC skills, particularly Microsoft office & working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficient in the understanding of electrical engineering drawings.
- Operate with a high level of attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Power Switchgear and Controlgear assemblies would be advantageous.
