You will help preparing, facilitating and documenting product performance reviews for the products in scope of unit. Your tasks will include:
• Support refinement of existing Product Performance Management and drive continuous improvement, e.g. of Method & Framework
• Support the SESE teams with analysis and data quality initiative & reporting in leading systems, e.g. JIRA, LeanIX
• Data Maintenance and Data Quality Assurance in various tools (incl. excel) along the engineering & product management processes to improve reporting accuracy
• Ensure proper communication through set-up of Content Management systems (e.g. Sharepoint, Powerpoint)
• Ensure that a lack of data quality, e.g. lack of documentation or description details, are mitigatedPerformance reviews are an essential part of gaining transparency on portfolio and budget steering as Product Performance Review cover questions around the workforce/budget investments (build & run), planned efforts
• Good organizational and comprehension skills required
• Good communication skills essential
• Good technical background an advantage, but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and team working abilities
• Reasonable knowledge in Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent German and English both spoken and written
• Proactive, focused and result-oriented attitude
• Willingness and abilities to quickly learn and adapt
