What you'll do...
What you'll do:
- Monitor and maintain system health: As part of your role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our services. You'll identify potential issues and work proactively to prevent system problems before they occur.
- Manage system incidents: You'll act as the first line of defense when system incidents occur. By coordinating with different teams and implementing effective solutions, you'll be integral in restoring service as quickly as possible.
- Automate processes and develop tools: You'll work on automating manual processes and creating tools that aid in the monitoring, diagnosing, and addressing of system issues. Your contributions will help improve our system's reliability and efficiency.
- Optimize system performance: You'll be involved in identifying bottlenecks, and working on innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and speed, ensuring optimal performance.
You'll sweep us off our feet if:
- You are skilled in programming, cloud technologies, and are proficient in the use of automation tools.
- You have a knack for troubleshooting, with proven abilities to resolve system issues under high-pressure situations.

Technical Skillset
- Proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems and Service-oriented architecture
- Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts
- Skill for writing reusable Java libraries.
- Basic Understanding of the concepts of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Pattern, JDBC (Java Database Connectivity), and RESTful web services
- Experience in working with web application frameworks.
- Ability to write clean, readable Java code
- Experience in handling external and embedded databases
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Drive automation, Build observability dashboard, Drive Incident reduction and work on any critical issues during any (P1/ P2)
- Availability in Off hours and weekend (on call) for support for critical Production issues

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
