About the Role

As a Lead RPA Developer for Intelligent Automation Production support team, your primary responsibility will be break-fixes, change requests and enhancements. Together with that, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and ensure the successful implementation of automation projects. Your role will involve driving best practices, overseeing the technical aspects of automation projects, and contributing to the overall RPA strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Break-fixes, Change Requests and Enhancements to ensure BAU.
• Work as a Release Manager to monitor Control Room on a need basis.
• Lead the development and implementation of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop RPA workflows, bots, and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of automated processes, making improvements as needed.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of RPA solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in RPA technology and recommend improvements and new solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure the integration of RPA solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer with a strong background in Automation Anywhere.
• In-depth knowledge of RPA concepts, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience in leading and managing automation projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, Python, or .NET.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Relevant certifications, such as Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional or similar, are preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or technologies (e.g., SQL, HTML/CSS) is advantageous.
• Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Alteryx, HANA is a plus.
