In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support ES&I in managing projects in support of Aerospace Engineering growth strategies. Support ES&I leadership team in evaluating feasibility, estimation, and execution of Aerospace Engineering footprint strategies.
  • Support data gathering and analysis to ensure a discipline and data driven approach is utilized for assumptions and basis of estimates.
  • Support CTO in developing Talent and University Relations strategy.
  • Support Licensing Projects working across engineering to deliver results.
  • Support ES&I in executing M&A integration projects in region, managing day to day activities, budgets, and reporting.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and ROI
  • Support ES&I in regional ISC transitions projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Support growth strategies in Puerto Rico for AT Engineering

10-20% Travel within PR and to US may be required

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Ability to write, read and speak English
