We’re looking for an extraordinary Technical Localization Project Manager specializing in AI language technologies such as Machine translation and LLM. They will work closely with internal and external partners to assess our AI language technology needs and suggest creative ways of utilizing these technologies to introduce efficiencies.
  • Minimum 8+ years experience in a technical project management on localization role
  • Deep understanding of software engineering process especially in the agile software development and app development (iOS and Web)
  • Expert on Machine Learning, process automation and technology, out of the box thinking with data analytical skills to drive great internal and customer experience
  • Solid understanding of linguistic metrics and methodologies for evaluating machine translation quality, including BLEU scores, and edit distance algorithms
  • Ability to navigate and incorporate cultural nuances into machine translation models, ensuring translations resonate authentically with diverse global audiences
  • Expert with localization tools and translation management systems (WorldServer, Trados, etc.), MT systems and Localization automation systems
  • Language skills in one or more languages other than English, with a deep understanding of the linguistic challenges posed by different language families
  • BA or MA in an area related to Localization
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks applied in linguistic contexts, showcasing innovation in machine translation
  • Contributions to the field of machine translation, such as publications, conference presentations, or active participation in relevant linguistic and AI communities
