As aSenior Growth Product ManagerforAdoption and Usage, youare responsible forand useour AI products (e.g..You will work closely with data (both internal and external), tooling, program, strategy, role, and business leadership to, test, and scale growth opportunities where data and insights accelerate your target persona's ability to help customers achieve outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+years experiencein product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in using analysis tools like (R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI) to guide business decision making.
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing data (from experiments, telemetry) to identify best practices and performance drivers.
  • 2+ years of growth product management experience driving adoption /usage business metrics.

Preferred Qualifcations:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the sales and customer success process.
  • Growth Product Management experience.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Self-starter with a passion for data-driven growth and continuous learning.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities

You will find growthopportunitieswhere data & insights can help them with their jobs to be done.You will collaborateacrossMicrosoft toidentifytheseopportunities, experiment, then scale results.
  • You will work closely with data owners, audience owners,sales program/incentive owners, internal tool owners, and product owners.
  • You will exploreandseekout sources of dataandinsightsboth internally and externally.If you discover a gap, you will work with our product, data science, and marketing teams to create/acquire needed data.
  • You will work with leadership &personarepresentatives to explore data fast.You are able to(or able to learn to) usestandard dataexplorationtools (e.g.,PowerBI, Excel, Tableau, R, python). You are curious and will learn about the AI business and our customers.
  • You will hold yourself and others accountable to be data-driven in our pursuit of growth outcomes.
