7 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
Experience in Certificate of Employment (CoE) disciplines and Spanish employment law.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and drive decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience implementing HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
